ACES help desk support for Centricity Group Management (GM) and Centricity EMR is included as part of our service provided to our customers. ACES staff understands the needs of your medical practice and the majority of problems with the Centricity products are resolved within 15 minutes of the initial phone call to the ACES Help Desk.
