A cornerstone of our professional reputation is based on strict rules of confidentiality. It is necessary and desirable that the consultants be provided access to all information that is required
for successful completion of the project. The disclosure of all such information to employees and associates of American Computer & Electronic Services Corp. will be held in strictest confidence. All reasonable precautions
against unauthorized disclosure of information obtained during the consulting engagement to third parties during and after the project will be taken.
Additional Professional Services During the course of a project the consultants are often requested to become involved in a matter pressing or timely to the client's business operations though not directly related
to the project for which estimates of professional time and project expenses were initially provided. Such requests are gladly accommodated, subject to time availability. Requests for additional professional services not
specifically included in the original project estimates will be invoiced separately based on the current professional services rate of the firm. |
